The Quest: A Sword Reforged
Now there are multiple parts to this is a real tedious part to this chain of quests – obtaining the Soliton Flare’s. Well, that was until I found the fastest way to obtain them.
The Quest Step: Essential Elements
Gather rare materials and attune your Light. What you will need to do is gather a heap, and I mean a heap of Helium Coils, in the hope that one Soliton Flare appears. In the end you need 10 Soliton Flares, which is the equivalent to obtaining 200 Helium Filaments from Helium Coils.
