Since the release of Destiny: The Taken King, I have been slowly building up my arsenal of Exotic Weapons. For the majority of the time I use Exotic Primary weapons and therefore thought I would share my thoughts on a couple.

Here is my Primary Exotic Comparison of the Zhalo Supercell and the Suros Regime:

Zhalo Supercell

Pros: Great PvE perks, plus it’s an elemental primary
Cons: Stats are OK
Summary: Amazing in PVE as the Chain Lightening is a crowd controller. Also good in PVP if you have learnt to control the recoil.

Best Perks:

  • Zhalo Supercell: Arc projectiles have the chance to chain lightning when enemies are close together
  • Bolts From The Blue: Double kills with this weapon charge a small amount of Super energy and return ammo to the magazine
  • Persistence: This weapon grows more accurate the longer it is fired

Suros Regime

Pros: High impact, bonus damage and can heal which makes this a treat for Raids. Also has Agility +2.
Cons: Slowish reload speed
Summary: Fantastic auto-rifle, especially in PVP however does not match the Zhalo in PVE. Though this Year 2 model allows for the choice between Spinning Up and Focused Fire.

Best Perks:

  • Suros Regime: The bottom half of each magazine deals bonus damage and has a chance to return health on a kill
  • Spinning Up: The long this weapon is fired, the faster is fires
  • Lightweight: When zoomed, this weapons fires slower, but causes additional damage

I carry both of there weapons in all situations, however I tend to lean toward the Zhalo primarily. Im not a huge player of Crucible, however when the Iron Banner comes, its on like Donkey Kong!
